Trauma & Co. is a collaborative working team. Each of us have different (and often overlapping) focuses to our work and have different titles depending on the projects we are collaborating on. Each of us are self-employed and work either solely for Trauma & Co. or also in private practice in our various working roles.
Sarah Mariann Martland
Sarah Mariann Martland (she/they) is Trauma & Co.’s Founder and Director. Sarah is a Trauma Support Practitioner & Consultant, providing online individual and community support to people living with trauma and to professionals working with trauma.
Sarah is a thirty-something, queer human from NW England. She is a complex human who lives with chronic illness and complex trauma. She is also a writer who advocates for humanizing the experience of trauma and prioritizing lived experience. All her work is based upon person-centered, consent-based, non-pathologizing, anti-oppressive practices and principles.

Gwynn Raimondi
Gwynn Raimondi, MA (she/her) is a writer and former licensed therapist who now works as a Trauma Support Practitioner. The focus of her writing and practice is complex and intergenerational traumas, grief, embodiment and their intersections and how these impact the ways we relate with ourselves, each other, and our world.
She is also the creator of Trauma Informed Embodiment, a trauma processing modality.

Tiana Dodson
Tiana Dodson (she/her) is a fat, Body Liberation Coach who’s out to destroy the belief that you have to be skinny to be happy and healthy, loveable, or worthy. Through her work with the Fat Freedom Foundation program, she guides people feminine-of-center to reconnect with their bodies, destigmatize fatness, and learn about the harms of health being a measure of worth while finding how they can live their best fat lives.
